Ancier D.S. White is an Antigua & Barbuda–based entrepreneur, author, counselor, and social advocate recognized for her unwavering commitment to community service and empowerment. She is the founder of Antigua Digest, a creative platform dedicated to content creation, publishing, grant writing, and community initiatives that uplift individuals and organizations across the Caribbean.

A single mother of four and survivor of a toxic relationship, White has transformed her personal challenges into a powerful mission to help others thrive. Her debut book, The Stress Less Equation: Your Guide to Mastering the Art of Stressing, offers practical strategies for managing stress and cultivating resilience, earning her recognition as both an inspiring author and motivational speaker. Through her Stress Less Campaign, she leads workshops, seminars, and training programs designed to empower women, fempreneurs, and mompreneurs to create balance, joy, and success in their lives.

In December 2024, White was honored with the JCI Youth Empowerment Award for Community Service and Advocacy, celebrating over a decade of impactful work in social services. Her career includes service at the Ministry of Social Transformation and the National Vocational Rehabilitation Centre, where she championed inclusion, accessibility, and free resources for vulnerable groups.

Through Antigua Digest and her wider advocacy, White has become a driving force for positive change, offering publishing opportunities, connecting Caribbean professionals to grants and growth resources, and spearheading corporate social responsibility initiatives under the banner “Island Impact: Beyond Business.”
